Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle provides customer service for order-related inquiries and handles applicable returns and refunds.

Paddle may process payments, applicable taxes, order information, receipts, refunds, and other transaction-related matters in accordance with its own terms and policies.

Lanorium does not store complete payment card details for transactions processed through Paddle.

8. Pricing and Order Information

We aim to display product descriptions, features, limitations, requirements, and prices clearly before a purchase is completed.

Product prices may change from time to time. The applicable price presented during checkout will apply to the transaction once the purchase is completed.

Paddle may apply taxes or other charges where required by applicable law. Applicable charges will be presented during the checkout process.

Lifetime access does not mean that a product is guaranteed to remain available permanently or indefinitely.

Lifetime access also does not guarantee continued compatibility with third-party websites, marketplaces, APIs, browsers, operating systems, or other services outside Lanorium's control.

11. Software License

Subject to these Terms and successful payment where applicable, Lanorium grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for its intended purpose.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, a license is granted to the individual purchaser and may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred, or redistributed to another person.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative versions of Lanorium software except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

Lanorium software, product names, branding, website content, designs, documentation, source code, interfaces, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Lanorium and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any Lanorium intellectual property to you.

Purchasing or receiving access to a Lanorium product grants you a license or right to use the applicable product, but does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, source code, intellectual property, or other proprietary materials.
